Answer-Sheet Printout – Apply Before 13 November
Kerala PSC provides a facility for candidates to request a printout of their online examination answer sheet through their One Time Registration profiles.
Important: Because this recruitment used an online examination, the Commission does not permit rechecking or revaluation. The Rs. 335 facility is only for obtaining an answer-sheet printout.
Applications sent by email, post or submitted directly are not accepted under this procedure. A printout copy will be issued only once to a candidate.
For posts sharing a common examination, the Commission states that the answer-sheet copy will be supplied only after publication of the relevant ranked lists for all applicable posts.
How to Request the Answer-Sheet Printout
- Visit the official Kerala PSC One Time Registration website.
- Log in to your candidate profile.
- Locate the applicable online examination answer-sheet printout service.
- Check your examination and recruitment details.
- Follow the instructions for submitting the request.
- Pay the prescribed fee of Rs. 335 through the authorised e-payment facility.
- Complete your request by 13 November 2026.
- Save the acknowledgement and payment information.
Community Details and Corrections
The official ranked-list notice states that community details are recorded according to candidates' applications and supporting documents.
A candidate who finds an error in the community information must contact the Kerala PSC District Officer, Ernakulam, within one month from publication of the ranked list, as directed in the official PDF.
Such correction requests are relevant to the reservation benefits for which a candidate is eligible. Candidates should read Note (4) of the official notification before submitting any representation.
Ranked List Validity and Appointment
The ranked list remains in force according to Kerala PSC's notified validity provisions, until a new ranked list is published after a minimum period of one year or until the expiry of three years, whichever occurs earlier, as explained in the official notice.
Appointment advice depends on vacancies reported to the Commission and applicable reservation and rotation rules.
Being ranked does not guarantee that a candidate will receive an appointment.
Note (5) prescribes the format and timing for relinquishing appointment advice, including Gazetted Officer attestation, a notarised affidavit and self-attested photo ID. Candidates considering relinquishment must read the full conditions in the original PDF.
Note (6) states that marks for the common online test will be published after all ranked lists based on the common test are finalised.
