Answer-Sheet Printout – Apply by 13 November 2026
Kerala PSC permits candidates to request a printout of their online examination answer sheet through their One Time Registration profiles, subject to the official conditions and payment of the prescribed fee.
The Commission expressly states that rechecking and revaluation are not permitted for this online examination. The Rs. 335 facility is for obtaining a printout, not for challenging or changing the marks awarded.
Applications through email, post or direct submission are not accepted. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate under this procedure.
How to Apply for an Answer-Sheet Printout
- Visit the official Kerala PSC One Time Registration portal.
- Sign in using your registered candidate credentials.
- Locate the relevant answer-sheet printout service.
- Confirm the examination and recruitment details.
- Follow the application instructions displayed in your candidate profile.
- Pay the prescribed Rs. 335 fee through the authorised e-payment facility.
- Submit the application no later than 13 November 2026.
- Keep the acknowledgement and payment record.
Important: The application deadline is based on the ranked-list upload date, not its earlier effective date.
Community Details – Correction Procedure
Kerala PSC states that the community details in the ranked list are based on the candidates' applications and supporting documents.
Candidates identifying an incorrect entry concerning their community should inform the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004, within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list.
This is important for reservation benefits that depend on correct community information. Candidates should follow the procedure described in Note (3) of the official PDF.
Ranked List Validity and Appointment Advice
According to the Commission, this ranked list remains in force until publication of a new ranked list after a minimum period of one year or until expiry of three years, whichever occurs earlier, under the applicable rules.
Candidates may be advised for appointment against vacancies reported to Kerala PSC during the list's validity, subject to reservation, rotation and other recruitment requirements.
Inclusion in the ranked list does not guarantee appointment. Appointment advice depends on reported vacancies and applicable rules.
Note (4) explains relinquishment of appointment advice. It requires the prescribed format addressed to the Secretary, Kerala PSC Head Office, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, with Gazetted Officer attestation, a notarised affidavit and a self-attested photo ID. The notice sets different timing conditions for pending and subsequently reported vacancies; candidates considering relinquishment must read the full original instructions.
