OMR Rechecking – Apply by 13 November
Candidates who want their OMR answer scripts rechecked may apply through their Kerala PSC One Time Registration profiles.
Kerala PSC does not permit revaluation of answer scripts under this procedure. Rechecking is a separate facility and is subject to the Commission's conditions.
The prescribed fee must be paid through the official portal. Applications by email, post or in person are not accepted for this service. The fee is non-refundable.
Only one rechecking chance is available after approval of the ranked list. Invalidated answer scripts will not be rechecked.
OMR Answer-Sheet Photocopy – Apply by 13 November
Candidates may also request a photocopy of their own OMR answer sheet, including Part A and Part B, through the official One Time Registration profile.
The Commission issues an answer-sheet copy to an eligible candidate only once. Candidates must apply for their own answer sheets, not those of another applicant. Copies of invalidated OMR answer sheets will not be issued.
Where a common examination was conducted for multiple posts, the Commission may provide the OMR copy only after all applicable ranked lists are published.

- Log in using your candidate credentials.
- Find the applicable answer-script rechecking or OMR photocopy service.
- Check the examination and recruitment details.
- Select the service you wish to request.
- Pay the appropriate fee online.
- Submit the request before 13 November 2026.
- Save the acknowledgement and payment confirmation.
Important: The services have different fees and purposes. Candidates should read the original ranked-list instructions before paying.
What Happens After the Ranked List?
Kerala PSC may advise candidates for appointment against vacancies reported during the validity of the ranked list, subject to applicable reservation, rotation and recruitment rules.
The list remains in force until a new ranked list is published after a minimum period of one year, or until three years expire, whichever is earlier. Inclusion does not guarantee appointment, and candidates remaining when the list is cancelled have no claim based only on inclusion.
Candidates should monitor official advice and appointment-related announcements. No individual appointment date is specified in this ranked-list notice.
Community Corrections and Relinquishment
Candidates whose community has not been correctly recorded, as supported by their application and documents, must inform the Kerala PSC District Officer, Ernakulam, within one month from publication of the ranked list to claim the applicable reservation benefit. Read Note 4 in the PDF for the exact instructions.
Relinquishing appointment advice requires the Commission's prescribed format, attestation by a State/Central Government Gazetted Officer, a notarised affidavit and a self-attested photo ID copy. Note 5 explains the timing and effect of a request. Candidates considering this step should read those original conditions carefully. OMR Part A and B scripts will be destroyed after six months from finalisation of the ranked list.
