Upper Limit Candidate should not have completed 60 years on the applicable date or at appointment
Procurement and Quality Control Supervisor has separate category-wise age limits. PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and Destitute Widow concessions are governed by the detailed notification.

Minimum qualifying marks in the 450 merit marks are 135 for SC, SCA, ST, MBC/DC, BC and BCM candidates and 180 for Others.
Appearance in both Paper I and Paper II is compulsory. Paper II and the merit portions of Paper I will be evaluated only after the candidate qualifies in the Tamil Eligibility Test.

Selection Process

1 Paper I Examination
Candidates must attend the Tamil Eligibility Test, General Studies, Aptitude and Mental Ability paper.
2 Paper II Technical Examination
Candidates must attend the relevant Diploma or ITI technical subject paper chosen in the application.
3 Publication of Answer Keys
TNPSC will publish tentative answer keys and provide an online answer-key challenge period.
4 Onscreen Certificate Verification
Uploaded documents will be checked electronically for qualification, age, category and other claims.
5 Physical Certificate Verification
Shortlisted candidates must produce all original certificates.
6 Counselling
Eligible candidates will participate in counselling according to their written-examination rank.
7 Final Selection
Final ranking will be based on Part B and Part C of Paper I plus Paper II marks, subject to reservation rules.
There is no personal interview for this recruitment.

Candidates can edit permitted details during the correction window from 19 August to 21 August 2026. No modification will be allowed after the correction window closes.
