Qualification
- Candidates must possess a recognised BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, BHMS or Graded BHMS degree or provisional pass certificate.
- The qualification must be recognised under the applicable NCISM or NCH legislation and regulations.
- Candidates must possess permanent or provisional registration issued by the erstwhile CCIM/CCH, NCISM, NCH or the appropriate State/UT board.
- The compulsory one-year rotating internship must be completed by the revised cut-off date of 31 October 2026.
- Institutional admission remains subject to counselling rules, document verification, recognition requirements and other conditions imposed by the competent authority.
Experience
No previous employment experience is required. Completion of the prescribed compulsory rotating internship by 31 October 2026 is an eligibility requirement.

- Revision of the key where a challenge is found correct
- Preparation of the final answer key
- Declaration of scores and merit list using the final key

- Eligibility and original-document verification
- Seat allotment according to merit, choices, eligibility and the applicable seat matrix
NTA will not individually inform candidates whether their challenge was accepted. The answer key finalised after expert review will be binding, and no answer-key grievance will be entertained after the final result.

If a question is dropped because of a technical error, full marks will be awarded to all candidates. Where translation or question construction is ambiguous, the English version will be treated as final.

How to Challenge the Answer Key
- Open the official AIAPGET 2026 answer-key challenge page.
- Select the link labelled “Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key.”
- Log in using the application number and password.
- Enter the displayed CAPTCHA and submit the login form.
- Select “View Question Paper” to check the recorded responses.
- Choose “Click to View/Challenge Answer Key.”
- Match the Question IDs in the question paper with those displayed in the key.
- Select one or more alternative Option IDs for every question being challenged.
- Upload supporting documents, combined into a single PDF file.
- Select “Submit and Review Claims.”
- Review every challenged Question ID and use “Modify Your Claims” if a correction is needed.
- Select “Final Submit” only after checking all claims.
- Click “Pay Now” and pay ₹200 for each challenged question.
- Confirm that the payment and claims were successfully saved.
- Download or capture the final confirmation for future reference.
- Complete the process by 5 September 2026 at 11:59 PM.
