Salary
The Junior Public Health Nurse Grade II post carries a pay scale of ₹31,100–₹66,800, together with admissible Kerala Government allowances.

Qualification
- Pass in SSLC.
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate under the revised 18-month course issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council; or
- Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate or revised-course certificate issued by an authority recognised by the Indian Nursing Council; or
- Health Workers Training Certificate issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
- Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council is compulsory.
Experience
The original notification does not prescribe a separate minimum period of previous employment. Candidates must possess the required nursing qualification and professional registration.
