Salary

Qualification
Degree Route
- B.Sc. Honours Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council recognised institute or university; or
- B.Sc. Post-Certificate or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institute or university.
- Registration as Nurse and Midwife with the State or Indian Nursing Council is compulsory.
Diploma Route
- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council recognised institute, board or council.
- Registration as Nurse and Midwife with the State or Indian Nursing Council.
- Two years of qualifying experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds after acquiring the essential qualification.
Experience
B.Sc. Nursing and eligible Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing candidates do not require the separate two-year hospital experience under the common qualification. GNM candidates must possess two years of experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital after completing the essential qualification, result declaration and nursing registration requirements.
