  • Two self-attested photocopy sets of Aadhaar cards belonging to the candidate and parents or guardian.
  • Six colour passport-size photographs.
  • Medical certificate issued by a registered medical officer in the prescribed format.
  • New allotment letter and category certificate for branch-change or category-change candidates, where applicable.

An acknowledgement showing that a required certificate has merely been applied for will not be accepted for verification or admission.

How to Complete Admission
