Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- M.Sc. or an equivalent degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics and Computing, Statistics, Computational Science, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA.
- A valid CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or another national-level examination recognised by ANRF for Junior Research Fellowship.
Desirable Qualifications
- Strong background in applied mathematics, particularly differential equations and dynamical systems.
- Experience in mathematical modelling and numerical simulations.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Python, MATLAB and/or Mathematica.
Age Limit
The age limit and applicable relaxation will be governed by Government of India and ANRF norms for JRF recruitment.

The written-test topics and syllabus will be communicated separately.
Candidates must attend the written test and/or interview physically at
IIITDM Kancheepuram, Chennai–600127. No TA or DA will be paid.
