Qualification
Personal Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- Diploma in Stenography from a recognised institution.
Librarian
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- Degree or diploma in Library Science.
Upper Division Clerk
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum six-month Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised institution approved by the Arunachal Pradesh Council for Technical Education or AICTE.
Experience
The recruitment notice did not prescribe previous employment experience as an essential requirement. Candidates had to possess the post-specific degree, stenography, library-science or computer qualification.

- Select the login option on the official answer-key page.
- Enter the registered candidate credentials.
- Select the relevant question and upload the supporting documents.
- Pay the ₹500 challenge fee for each disputed question.
- Submit the objection before 1 September 2026 at 5:00 PM.
