Desirable Qualifications and Skills
Assistant Manager – Transmission
- M.E./M.Tech. in Power Systems or Electrical Engineering.
- MBA or PGDM in Power Management or Infrastructure Management.
- Training in transmission systems, grid operation or power-system studies.
Assistant Manager – Hydro
- M.E./M.Tech. in Hydropower, Power Systems, Water Resources or a related discipline.
- MBA or PGDM in Power Management.
- Experience in pumped storage, hydro construction, O&M, hydrology, project monitoring, EPC contracts and statutory clearances.
Expert Positions
- Postgraduate engineering, management or specialised professional qualifications relevant to the selected sector.
- Senior-level exposure to Government ministries, CEA, CTU, regulatory commissions, CPSEs, utilities or DISCOMs.
- Experience in policy, regulations, technical advisory, project monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
Associate – Energy Transition and Climate Finance
- Energy-efficiency, renewable-energy, climate-policy and climate-finance experience.
- Knowledge of carbon markets, blended finance, GCF, CDM and financial-risk assessment.
- Strong analytical, research, project-management, writing, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
