Eligibility and Qualification Highlights

Post Qualification and Experience Highlights
Deputy Director (Programme) Postgraduate qualification in the social-science, social-work, child-welfare, child-development, psychology or other discipline prescribed in the circular, along with relevant programme or administrative experience and the required regular service in the feeder grade.
Assistant Director (Programme) Relevant postgraduate qualification and experience in child welfare, adoption, programme administration or related work. Candidates for the two legal-stream positions must satisfy the legal qualification or preference stated in the official circular.
Accounts Officer Bachelor of Commerce or the qualification prescribed in the notification, relevant finance, cash or accounts experience and the required service in an analogous or feeder-grade post.
Personal Assistant Graduate qualification, relevant stenography experience, English shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and familiarity with computer software, together with the prescribed feeder-grade service.
Junior Translation Officer Master’s degree in Hindi or English with the other language at degree level, or another qualification combination permitted in the circular, plus a recognised translation diploma or certificate or two years of Hindi–English translation experience.
Data Entry Operator Graduate degree, one-year Diploma in Computer Applications, prescribed data-entry or typing speed and the required regular service in the parent organisation.
Hindi Typist 12th-standard qualification, the typing or data-entry speed prescribed in the circular and the required regular service in the feeder grade.
