• Out of the total experience, at least 5 years should be at senior management level.

Remuneration and Contract Period

• Remuneration will be offered based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark.
• The engagement will be on contract basis for an initial period of 3 years.
• The contract may be renewed / extended by 1 year each, subject to satisfactory performance and Bank’s discretion.
• Total engagement period will not exceed 5 years.

Credit History Requirement

Candidates must maintain a satisfactory credit history. A minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above is required at the time of joining as per the official notification.

• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience and reliable technology operations.
• Work with business verticals, risk, compliance, operations and other stakeholders to support business growth and customer service objectives.
