Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Degree from a recognised University or equivalent.

Desirable Qualification: Diploma in Company Law, Labour Laws or Public Administration.

• UR / EWS – 35 years
• OBC – 38 years
• SC / ST – 40 years
• PwBD – further relaxation as per Government rules, subject to the prescribed maximum limit

Pay Scale

Level 10 in the Pay Matrix under the 7th CPC.

• General / OBC / EWS male candidates – ₹25
• Women / SC / ST / PwBD – No fee

Selection Process

The selection process consists of a Recruitment Test followed by Interview.

• Recruitment Test – 300 marks
• Interview – 100 marks
• Weightage – Recruitment Test 75% and Interview 25%

• Duration – 2 hours
• Objective-type multiple-choice questions
• Medium – English and Hindi
• All questions carry equal marks
• One-third negative marking for every wrong answer
