Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Degree from a recognised University or equivalent.
Desirable Qualification: Diploma in Company Law, Labour Laws or Public Administration.

- SC / ST – 40 years
- PwBD – further relaxation as per Government rules, subject to the prescribed maximum limit
Pay Scale
Level 10 in the Pay Matrix under the 7th CPC.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of a Recruitment Test followed by Interview.
- Recruitment Test – 300 marks
- Interview – 100 marks
- Weightage – Recruitment Test 75% and Interview 25%

- Objective-type multiple-choice questions
- Medium – English and Hindi
- All questions carry equal marks
- One-third negative marking for every wrong answer
