Salary

Pay Scale ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,70,000 (IDA)

In addition to the basic pay scale, Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, superannuation benefits and other admissible allowances will be applicable.

Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess a Graduate Degree with a good academic record from a recognised University or Institute.

Preference will be given to candidates possessing Graduation in Engineering or Science and/or an MBA or two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management.

Experience Required

Applicants should possess adequate technical, operational or project management experience at a senior level in an organisation of repute.

Candidates should also have high standards of integrity and an impeccable professional reputation.

Age Limit

Minimum Age 45 years as on the last date for receipt of applications.

CPSE Officers working regularly in Central Public Sector Enterprises

Central Government Eligible Central Government and All India Services officers

Armed Forces Eligible officers of the Armed Forces of the Union

State PSU Officers of eligible State Public Sector Enterprises

Private Sector Eligible executives from qualifying private-sector companies

Employment Conditions

Applicants must be working in a regular capacity both on the application date and interview date. Candidates working only on contractual or ad-hoc basis are not eligible under this condition.
