The Andaman and Nicobar Administration has opened separate correction windows for candidates registered under the Common Matric Level and Combined Higher Secondary Level recruitments covering 2,251 vacancies.

Application correction facility: CML candidates can edit permitted details from 1 September to 7 September 2026. The CHSL correction facility will operate from 4 September to 10 September 2026.
Candidates can add or delete posts, qualifications, photographs and signatures. Details remaining in the CHSL application when its correction window closes at midnight on 10 September 2026 will be treated as final.

Salary

The recruitments cover numerous Group B non-gazetted and Group C posts. Pay is post-specific under the notified pay levels. CML posts broadly include Pay Levels 1 to 5; candidates must check the relevant annexure for the exact scale and allowances.

Age Limit

Age limits differ by post. The notifications broadly prescribe 18–30 years for certain Group B posts and separate limits extending to 33 years for men and 38 years for women for eligible Group C posts. Statutory category, departmental and other relaxations apply only as stated in the annexures.

Qualification

  • CML posts generally require Matriculation or Class 10, with ITI, trade, licence or technical qualifications for specified posts.
  • CHSL posts generally require Class 12 or an equivalent qualification.
  • Typing, stenography, computer, technical, driving or professional qualifications apply to particular posts.
  • Candidates should retain only posts for which they satisfy every notified condition.

Experience

Experience is not required for every post. Candidates selecting experience-based or technical posts must possess the period and type of experience prescribed in the relevant official annexure.

Exam Pattern

  3. Select the CML or CHSL application-correction option.
  4. Review the post choices and add or delete posts where necessary.
  5. Add or remove qualifications and ensure every retained post is supported by the required qualification.
  6. Replace or delete the photograph and signature if correction is required.
  7. Preview all entries and confirm that the uploaded files are clear.
  8. Submit the corrections before the applicable midnight deadline.
  9. Download or print the final corrected application for future reference.
