How to Check SSC JE 2025 FRTA Result?

1. Visit the official SSC website.
2. Open the Results section.
3. Select the JE result tab.
4. Open Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) Examination, 2025 – First Round of Tentative Allocation.
5. Download the candidate list PDF.
6. Open the PDF and press Ctrl + F.
7. Enter your roll number or name.
8. Check your POSTSEL, CATSEL and rank details carefully.

Note: Candidates shortlisted in FRTA should login on the SSC website during the slot selection window and choose the venue, date and slot for the sliding process / Identity Verification.

Sliding Process and Identity Verification

SSC has introduced a Sliding Mechanism to ensure maximum filling of vacancies and fair merit-based reallocation. Provisionally shortlisted candidates have to choose the venue, date and slot by logging in through the designated module on the SSC website from 12 July 2026, 5:00 PM to 14 July 2026, 5:00 PM.

Identity Verification (IV) of candidates selected in FRTA for exercising the option of FIX and FLOAT will be conducted on 20 July 2026 and 21 July 2026 at the cities of the concerned SSC Regional Offices.

Important: Any candidate failing to attend the Identity Verification / sliding process physically will be treated as absent, and his / her candidature will not be considered for inclusion in the final result.

Tie Resolution Method

In cases where more than one candidate secured equal aggregate marks in Paper-I and Paper-II, SSC resolved the tie using the following methods one after another.

1. Total marks in Paper-II
2. Marks in Part-I of Paper-I
3. Marks in Part-II of Paper-I
4. Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher
5. Alphabetical order of the names of candidates
