Oil India Limited has invited eligible female candidates from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh for contractual Warden posts at its School of Nursing, Duliajan.

Applicants must meet either of these qualification routes:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a government-recognized university/institute, plus at least 1 year post-qualification experience as a Warden in a hostel; or
- Diploma in Housekeeping or Catering from a government-recognized university/institute, plus at least 1 year post-qualification experience as a Warden in a hostel.
Relaxation for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates applies as per Government of India rules.
- Fixed emolument: ₹24,960 per month, based on attendance and inclusive of paid leave/holiday.
- Variable emolument: ₹960 for each working day.
- EPF and Gratuity benefits apply as stated in the notice.
- Initial term: 6 months, extendable in three further 6-month terms, up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to requirement and performance.
Selection will be through a Walk-in Personal Assessment carrying 100 marks. Candidates must score at least 50 marks. The assessment covers professional knowledge and skills, allied knowledge, personal attributes and soft skills. Final selection is merit-based.

There are 2 vacancies: 1 UR and 1 OBC-NCL.
Can male candidates apply?
No. The Contractual Warden post is specifically open to female candidates.
Can candidates from other states attend?
No. The notice limits eligibility to candidates domiciled in Assam or Arunachal Pradesh.
