Applicants must meet either of these qualification routes:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a government-recognized university/institute, plus at least 1 year post-qualification experience as a Warden in a hostel; or
• Diploma in Housekeeping or Catering from a government-recognized university/institute, plus at least 1 year post-qualification experience as a Warden in a hostel.

₹Salary and Contract Period

• Fixed emolument: ₹24,960 per month, based on attendance and inclusive of paid leave/holiday.
• Variable emolument: ₹960 for each working day.
• EPF and Gratuity benefits apply as stated in the notice.
• Initial term: 6 months, extendable in three further 6-month terms, up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to requirement and performance.

✓OBC-NCL, PwBD or Ex-Servicemen certificate, where applicable

✓NOC if employed in Government, PSU or an autonomous body; Aadhaar, PAN and bank passbook

★Selection Process

Selection will be through a Walk-in Personal Assessment carrying 100 marks. Candidates must score at least 50 marks. The assessment covers professional knowledge and skills, allied knowledge, personal attributes and soft skills. Final selection is merit-based.
