Qualification and Experience

| Lecturer (SER) | Postgraduate degree in Sociology, Social Work or Psychology with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade and three years of teaching experience in the relevant field. Ph.D. in Disability or Rehabilitation is desirable. |
| Staff Nurse | Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with three years of experience and registration as Nurse and Midwife under the Indian Nursing Council or a State Nursing Council. |
| Occupational Therapist | Degree in Occupational Therapy with two years of professional experience in a recognised institution, college or university. Master’s in Occupational Therapy is desirable. |
| Junior Orthotist | Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics with one year of experience as a Prosthetist and Orthotist in a recognised institution, college or university. |
Staff Nurse preference: B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic Diploma in Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Nursing.
