✅ Service Eligibility
Candidates must satisfy either of the following service conditions:

🎓 Accounts Qualification and Experience
In addition to the prescribed service condition, the officer must possess either of the following:

🎂 Age Limit
The candidate must not exceed 56 years of age as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
⏳ Deputation Period
The deputation or short-term contract period will initially be for three years and may be extended according to applicable DoPT guidelines.

- Pre-auditing and signing different types of bills.
- Monitoring the Academy budget, reports and returns.
- Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts reports.
- Issuing and signing Last Pay Certificates.
- Coordinating with Pay and Accounts Offices.
- Coordinating with banks and the Ministry’s PFMS team.
- Ensuring timely submission of Income Tax returns.
- Ensuring correct TDS deductions and distribution of Form 16.
- Handling fund allocation and re-appropriation matters.
- Coordinating with internal and external audit teams.
- Monitoring adjustment bills for advances.
- Functioning as Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
- Advising authorities on financial and budget matters.
- Providing guidance for procurement through GeM.
- Ensuring timely disbursement of salaries and allowances.

- Major and minor penalty statement for the previous ten years.
- NIL penalty certificate where no penalty has been imposed.
- Certificate completed by the forwarding authority.
