Educational Qualification
Candidates should have the required qualification for the selected post as mentioned in the official detailed advertisement.
The qualification varies for Junior Executive, Sales, Projects, Technical Services, Economist and Gas Sourcing positions.
- Junior Executive Chemical: Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Junior Executive Fire & Safety: Science Graduate with Diploma in Fire & Safety and valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- Senior Officer Sales: Engineering degree with MBA / PGDM as per official requirements.
- Projects: Engineering qualification in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
- Technical / Petrochemical Posts: Engineering degree in relevant discipline with required experience.
- Economist: Post Graduate qualification in Economics / Applied Economics / Energy Planning or equivalent.
Minimum Marks Required
Age Limit
Maximum age limit differs based on the post and experience requirement. For fresher Junior Executive posts,
the maximum age is 25 years. For experienced positions, the maximum age varies based on
pay scale, position and completed years of relevant experience.
Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBCNC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and other eligible candidates as per
Government of India rules and HPCL notification.
