The selected candidate is eligible for an annual enhancement of 3%, subject to satisfactory performance assessed by the AYUSH Performance Assessment Committee.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess both of the following:
- A graduation degree in any discipline, including AYUSH; and
- MBA in Healthcare Management, Master’s degree in Health/Hospital Administration, or a two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare Management from an AICTE-recognised institution.
Required experience
- Minimum one year of working experience in a public-health programme.
- Exposure to social-sector schemes or missions at the national, state or district level.
- Computer knowledge, including MS Office, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, is desirable.
- Preference will be given to candidates with health-sector experience, including AYUSH.

Contract Period and Leave
- The initial contractual appointment will be for one year from the date of appointment.
- The contract may be extended or terminated based on satisfactory or unsatisfactory service.
- The selected candidate will receive a maximum of 18 days of leave during a calendar year.
