B.E / B.Tech Degree in ECE / ETE / EIE / Electronics Engineering / EEE / Electrical Engineering with electives covering VLSI Design, Embedded Systems and Digital Signal Processing in First Division with valid NET / GATE qualification.
OR M.E / M.Tech Degree in relevant Electronics / Electrical discipline with specialisation in VLSI Design, Embedded Systems or Digital Signal Processing in First Division at both Graduate and Post Graduate level. |
Knowledge of VERILOG / VHDL, FPGAs, Vivado and Vitis IDE. |
| RA - Physics / Allied Branches |
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Physics / allied branches.
OR Master’s Degree such as M.S. / M.Sc. / M.E. / M.Tech or equivalent with 3 years research / teaching / design and development experience and at least one research paper in SCI journal in Physics / Applied Physics / Optics / Photonics / allied branches. Degree should be in First Division wherever division or equivalent grading is awarded. |

Important Instructions
- JRF fellowship is initially for 2 years and may be extended as per rules.
- RA fellowship is for 2 years.
- Selected candidate panel may be operated for one year from the declaration of panel list.
- Candidates already awarded JRF or RA position in DRDO laboratories or centres earlier are not eligible to apply again for the same fellowship.
- Government / PSU / Autonomous Body candidates should apply through proper channel.
