Educational Qualification and Experience

Associate (Trade Fair)	Master’s Degree in Mass Communications / MBA (Marketing) from a recognized Institute / University with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience after Master’s Degree.	Prior experience in event planning, vendor coordination, venue and visitor management and marketing support.
Associate (Organic Regulation)	Masters in Agriculture / Horticulture with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience after Master’s Degree.	Experience in regulatory compliance, standards and audits in food sector, and training / capacity building.

Remuneration

The remuneration will be inclusive of all applicable taxes. No other facility or allowance will be allowed.

Type and Tenure of Engagement

• The engagement will be at the level of Associate.
• The engagement will be purely on contractual basis.
• The initial engagement period will be one year, including three weeks probation period.
• The tenure may be extended on year-to-year basis depending on performance evaluation.
• After three years, no further extension will be permissible under any circumstances.

Working Hours and Leave

• Working hours will normally be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on working days.
• The working time includes half an hour lunch break.
• In exigencies of work, the Associate may be required to sit late or attend office on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
• The Associate will be eligible for 20 days leave during one year on pro-rata basis with prior written approval.
• Un-availed leave cannot be carried forward to the next year.

TA / DA

The Associate may be required to travel to any place in India. While on tour, TA / DA will be admissible to officials at Pay Level 10 of the Central Government.
